Dawn Jack is Rise Hairouna’s Ground Team Coordinator. She hails from the small village of Dickson in the constituency of North Windward in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. She attended the Georgetown Secondary School. Dawn has a caring and humanitarian side. 

She stands on the belief of justice for all regardless of one’s social or political status. Dawn enjoys dancing and interacting with others. She has an ear from Gospel and Reggae music.
